D. Productinformatie
Dit deel van het dossier bevat de productinformatie over het IVD dat onderdeel is van de prestatiestudie.
Afhankelijk van het wettelijk kader waar de IVD-prestatiestudie onder valt moet u de volgende documenten meesturen:
Prestatiestudie vallend onder IVDR artikel 58
- Investigator’s Brochure (IB)
- Technische documentatie
- Verklaring fabrikant over veiligheid en prestaties van het IVD
Post-Market Performance Follow-up (PMPF) (IVDR artikel 70.1)
- Investigator’s Brochure (IB) of Instruction for use (IFU)
- EU-declaratie van conformiteit
